Ellesmera the beautiful Elves capital ruled by Queen Islanzadi. It is probably one of the elves most beautiful cities. The timbers are healthy and this may just be one of the safest places as a majority of elves blessed with magical gifts stay here. It is busy but not noisy, it is peaceful.
